Generally, our experience with PandaDoc has been positive overall. The platform too simplified and it helped how our team creates proposals, quotes, and agreements for customers. Before using it, most documents were created manually and required several review steps. Documents were usually scattered all over the desktop and everywhere. With PandaDoc, document creation and approval workflows became faster and more organized. The interface is too super easy to understand, and the template system helps maintain consistency across sales documents. In some cases, customizing complex pricing tables required extra configuration, but once the templates were established the process became much smoother. Overall, the product improved efficiency for our sales and operations teams.

DealHub CPQ is a very flexible and robust solution, which has been meeting all our Enterprise needs. It's very well designed and modularized, so we don't have to use everything, but if we want, there are already plenty of solutions to most common needs out of the box. We recently migrated from another Enterprise CPQ, which can unnecessarily be more powerful as it allows way more customization through custom coding, but that's not necessarily a strength, as having more options doesn't necessarily mean you're going to make the best one. I like that DealHub give all we need in a well-designed way, so we don't have to reinvent the wheel, while also limiting the chance for over-engineering and bad design. It definitely allows for API calls and some coding, but so far we have used and haven't needed much of it, which is positive, as the CPQ process itself is complex enough.

Overall, the experience has been very positive, especially from the a partner and implementaion perspective. The product delivers solid value in real-eorld environments and aligns with the customer expectations in terms of functionality and scalability. What works particularly well is the balance between advanced capabilities and relatively straightforward deployment. That said, some areas such as integration depth with third party tools and ongoing maintenance complexity could be improved . Still , it is a reliable solution we confidently recommend and most scenarios.

With a few clicks, we can estimate the client/customer through the software, and a system-centric settlement makes it more flexible because communication takes place within the tool, including timely reminders and alerts if the behavior changes. Service level agreements are being followed, and customer support answers are quick.
