Generally, our experience with PandaDoc has been positive overall. The platform too simplified and it helped how our team creates proposals, quotes, and agreements for customers. Before using it, most documents were created manually and required several review steps. Documents were usually scattered all over the desktop and everywhere. With PandaDoc, document creation and approval workflows became faster and more organized. The interface is too super easy to understand, and the template system helps maintain consistency across sales documents. In some cases, customizing complex pricing tables required extra configuration, but once the templates were established the process became much smoother. Overall, the product improved efficiency for our sales and operations teams.
