We adopted this solution to reduce the operational burden of managing SaaS accounts, and it has enabled centralized visibility into the SaaS applications used by each individual user. In addition, we can now clearly see who is accessing which services, as well as the frequency of access to prohibited services, which has helped strengthen our overall IT security posture. For application inventory purposes, the lack of integration with the communication tools we use internally means we need to consider alternative methods. From a security configuration perspective, it would be even more beneficial if application usage permissions could be configured on a per-user basis.
