Basically, the secure way it manages a full control of the document lifecycle.
The product is intuitive to use, yet powerfull enough to handle complex tasks efficiciently. It feels well thought out with features that genuinely support productivity and collaboration. The experience is smooth and the support behind it makes a real difference.
The truth is that there is nothing I dislike about the product. To say something, the interface of the product is not very modern and it's simple, but this is something I like.
A couple of times when we needed customization of a feature it took a bit longer than expected, but this only happens with non-critical features. Another point also linked to potential adjustments of the tool is the fact that the core of Tranxfer comes from a small app with specific objectives, and then, at some point any new use case should be carefully checked to ensure it can be adapted accordingly.
While the core functionality works well, some areas feel too rigid or limited when trying to adapt them to specific workflows.
