It provided easy printing and make work easy on all levels.
The vendor supplies a 24/7 hotline, if were in any trouble instant help can be obtained via a hot line at any time. Basically the System works stable and does not require a lot of maintenance.

Probably there is nothing we really dislike. The only thing which could be mentioned is, that sometimes it is a bit time consuming to get a technician on the telephone line if one needs a quick advise. In our opinion this should work a bit more efficient and should not be a part of an hot line service.
