I like the flexible test scheduling, and the option to have it included as part of the web and mobile application testing in SauceLabs.
API Fortress is used for complete coverage of an API program. It support multiple platform like JSON, REST, XML, SOAP and many others. This tool create and automate functional tests and perform load test. API Fortress tool is a complete test suite for developers and testers that can be easily hosted from the company's data centers or cloud.
The integration flexibility with this tool is amazing, support for Cloud takes it a step further. Test report generation helps to overcome defects and promotes quick delivery. Not much coding knowledge is required to use this tool.
The requirement to use a Sauce Connect tunnel for full API testing scenarios (such as load testing) adds complexity, especially since IP whitelisting is not supported. There is also a lack of AI or automation helpers that helped with quickly creating and fixing certain minor errors in the API test cases.
Do not see any negative facet of the product till now.
Not much dislikes about the product. Little UI changes could be implemented.

The SauceLabs API testing platform is included as part of our SauceLabs subscription for virtual and real device testing. SauceLabs has really good functionalities for setting up a cloud device farm for web and mobile applications, however, the API testing section doesn't seem as good compared to other available API testing tools out there. It has a hard to understand UI, as well as a difficult way to manage API test suites, and a lack of support for whitelisting or options to allow more robust performance and load tests in the platform itself.
