The dashboard within Aurora is easy to navigate and intuitive. A huge plus is having a review team helping to navigate the setup and continuous improvement for our cyber security platform. Our previous software was difficult to navigate through and there was a lack of resources to help when needed. We do not feel that same way with Aurora and Arctic Wolf.

Poor identification and classification of malicious code. Impacted performance on most of our Windows and SQL Servers. Off shore support difficult to obtain a knowledgeable technician.
