This is more than just a simple pick up and dial system. The ability to schedule calls, set your out of office, and even send and receive texts puts this above other options.
The ease of answering call., the screen capturing is incredible. The phone book makes it simple to find frequent contacts.
the ease of use
There was a slight learning curve. This is being very nitpicky. The amount of options you have at your disposal takes a little to get used to.
This software is very advanced and can make it not user friendly. I do not like the process of trying to do a conference call oftentimes dropping the caller. I do not like the blind transfer feature because you have too many steps to complete the transfer for a blind transfer.
