- The product is very quick to get up and running, if you don't want to do anything fancy you can have a mobile app up and running within an hour or so, even if you add complexity you can get it up and running quickly. - You don't need a programmer, it is helpful but if you have smart BAs they can develop Capriza Zaps. - The framework will work with any HTML and this does not require additional licenses, so you can use it with your ERP and with your CRM or .Net developed code.

It could always bee cheaper, a licensing model that allowed casual use would fit our needs better. The other thing that would be a huge security improvement is if the Zapp knew and reported to the software if the device was on an approved network. This would greatly aid in security allowing only certain Zapps or transactions to occur when an employee was on location. It would also secure transactions if the employee was terminated.
Design elements could be better
Tight dependency on source application behavior. Error pages due to various non trivial reasons.

Capriza has been Grand Slam for our users, enabling mobile applications use.
We used Carpriza to mobilize our JDEdwards EnterpriseOne Oracle ERP software. The software has worked very well for us. We started out small just taking a few applications like inventory management and created a mobile application that our users can run on their phones as they walk through the warehouse. With the addition of long range scanners our warehouse employees can scan over 60 feet in the air rather than using fork lift trucks to raise them up. We have employed this technology to our QA team that can visit our customers and scan bar codes or enter the UPC numbers to get data directly from our ERP system. Great Vendor, Good Product
Working with the vendor has been great. The challenges we have faced are mainly internal, getting buying from underlying application owners to want to provide a mobile offering, resource limitations internally. I think it is tricky to implement this as a devolved model and you need a dedicated team to build, deploy, manage and maintain. The challenge that comes with having a dedicated team is that they need to understand or partner with the underlying application owner to build a zapp. Otherwise the vendor is great, the product is great including their security standards and levels of support provided. Easy and rapid implementation of mobile enabling a legacy application.
The capriza customer success team worked very well with our team to enable the solutions. They provided consulting, templates, solutions in a timely manner. The product fuifilled most of its promises .This allowed us to mobile enable existing legacy applications with no or least changes to the back end systems.
