I am the executive sponsor who negotiated this agreement. We choose them for their entrepreneurial approach, customer-focused attitude, comprehensive self-service capability and flexibility.
The platform is fantastic - everything is in one place, quotes, installs, ticketing, circuit monitoring, you name it it's there. They do their homework - CommandLink double checks serviceability at every site before anything is signed, which helps avoid installation issues later. Built-in SD-WAN and backup options - their internet comes with baked-in security, LTE5g failover and even Starlink when needed and IS solid and reliable.
Partnership and expertise. When we started looking for a partner for our small team we wanted someone who was more than just a ticket taker and then run along and fix something. We wanted an extension of our team that had the expertise we lacked. CommandLink has delivered and has been a great partner with us with a great ramp up speed to start working immediately with our team.

Out of the gate this is very early so I honestly cannot say there is a dislike, I believe their dispatch fees seem to be a bit higher than standard, just ensure clients understand what triggers dispatch and cpe fees.
The depth of the bench is great, but it also means more awareness and information needs to be disseminated. That dissemination can sometimes get lost in the depth. It's fixable and has been corrected, but depth has to be managed.
