We still have attendees who have other phone types outside of Apple and Android which causes issues when they want to download the app, but we can offer the Attendee Hub website tool as well.
We use it mainly for an event where attendees often struggle with more complicated technology, and there is no way to simplify the user experience for them. It is unfortunately an all or nothing product, which leads to confusion.

The best event app for Cvent powered events.
Attendee Hub is the perfect companion to any Cvent event - in-person/hybrid/virtual. It allows attendees to have all the event information, agenda, etc. at their fingertips. They can change schedules, request meetings, interact with sessions (real-time polls, surveys, etc.), and network with other attendees. As an admin, building and managing the content is super easy. Changes can be made in real time (such as agenda changes) and communicated to the users without delay. Access can be restricted to only registered attendees (for privacy purposes) and all attendees decide if they want to share/expose their contact data. This is not an extensive feature list, just some of the functionality I have used as an admin and an attendee.
