Reliability with zero downtime in a decade. Zones are very intuitively to set up.
There is a very low cost product group compared to other brand devices.
The connectivity is high speed and reliable with minimum downtime and this is extremely important because our operations have never been interrupted. They have strong encryption and threat detection for a secure network. Also the hardware is designed for lower power consumption contributing to cost savings. The portal's feedfack is also good that it is user friendly management portal streamlining network control.
The focus on simplicity makes it lack in some highly advanced features but thats ok though.
Quite often it can crash. You may need to switch the device off and on again each time.
We faced initial setup to be very complex and I believe onboarding could have been much simpler for non tech members. Pricing of renewal is on a much higher side as compared to similar services, but the quality as I mentioned is really good so I don't mind paying extra for good services. The advanced configurations are not flexible. Sometimes we have to wait for specific hardware components especially during scaling since it was out of stock.
