DLink switches have many different strengths. Some are managed and others are unmanaged. The devices are available in many different sizes, have different speeds and are very easy for installation. There also very slick looking and some are rackable. D-Link also has an app for configuration and management. They also offer tech support for the first 90 days.
The product is difficult to use, not stable, product support inadequate.
They can be bought easily, they are very economical, they are easy to configure
Managed devices can require upkeep which may require a paid tech support package. They dont offer all the features that some of the other larger switch brands have but they are sufficient for small and medium size companies.

_Since they are very common equipment, clients have them in a bad image, in Colombia you do not get much support from these equipment, they are not very scalable
