1. The ability to include AI into any platform provides a tremendous amount of value as it helps expedite a lot of the clerical tasks. 2. Einstein can be used not only be used on the Salesforce platform but across most of their SaaS products under the umbrella. For example, we also utilize it in MuleSoft which was purchased by Salesforce last year. This allows us to bring Einstein into MuleSoft, leveraging AI for MuleSoft's IDP. 3. It brings more customization and invites complex logic to how values are populated in fields in SalesForce
The functionality is so easy to navigate and to use (Tips, Suggested Searches, Recent Items and Suggested lists for example). The admin can control which objects the user sees. It can also be based on the user's activities. There's really no need to enable the feature as it's already on by default if it's part of your Salesforce service contract.

1. It's very difficult to estimate usage or even get reporting on it since it's all based on credits which is hard to measure. 2. It is prone to failure and its success relies heavily on the user's ability to set it up and establish documentation and processes to give it better context and understanding. 3. It's difficult to understand where it's being leveraged as there is not a single space in SalesForce that gives this level of granularity into usage. This, of course, makes debugging and triaging difficult.
Sometimes the customization options are a bit limited which quite honestly has very little impact to our day-to-day functions but could be an issue with other organizations that have a ton of workflows.
