It just works and is effortless
Is was a bit overbuilt with too much items in their admin panel, and needed help from their team to understand half of the controls.
It is a poor offering with basic functionality such as setting up a portal password needing to be done by Masergy - archaic and insecure.
Sometimes the project team are hard to work with unless you find someone experienced.

Masergy's service is better than most.
Masergy we picked to be our Global SIP provider as they happened to be able to provide SIP services in the most number of countries where we have offices. Their service is good and whilst we have had issues migrating services, these have normally be caused by the in-country carrier rather than Masergy themselves. Calling support is better than other telcos as you always get through to a level 1 engineer. If they are unable to assist then the call is escalated to a level 2 engineer. This is much better than speaking to a 'helpdesk' person who is running from a script and who doesn't have a true understanding of what is happening. Convenient for mobile and office phones
Makes it easy to set up a phone anywhere with an ethernet cable. But the UI isn't visually pleasing on the website and extracting data takes a little long.
