I am new to using the various features of HR Cloud, because we've been in the implementation phase, but upon release of the technology it immediately allowed our organization to do away with a laborious paper process, saving thousands of dollars in paper and countless hours in man-power time because we were able to digitize the process. I love the fact that I no longer have to keep paper files on our employees, applicants, contractors, etc.! Plus, it integrates with Quickbooks Online, which is what our CFO uses, so it was a win-win! Grga was absolutely amazing! He deciphered our cluttered organizational processes and brought clarity to how they could be streamlined using the HR Cloud. He simplified numerous complex documents that we use, and did so with a great sense of knowledge, compassion and understanding. Grga is highly regarded by us as he has worked tirelessly to bring us into the 21st century from a laborious paper process. I could not have asked for a better person to partner with on this process. Grga is top notch!
Post sales service, customer support, technical support, i believe the professionalism especially from rep. and our account manager has been pivotal to the success of us implementing and using HRC, he is the best human in tech I've ever worked with!
There are many different ways to utilize HR Cloud in a way that makes sense for your organization. The HR Cloud team has also been very helpful in working through integration/SSO questions and setup.
I am not equipped with enough working hands-on knowledge to answer this question well right now. I need more time in the system to comment.
We pretty much like everything however feel perhaps being offered one sub for all products would be an advantage rather then paying for bolt one, i believe this would encourage product development and sustainability as more users use each tool, also having the sales team reach out regularly to advise of new system tools etc would be very handy. I would like to see more AI use in the system.
