They can deployed,isolated and maintained easily. it us robust, scalable. it can be monitored using syslig,splunk and tivoli. it is very secure and can be integrated many plugins and products. also ci/cd integration
Debugging and Troubleshooting: as it is difficult to trace requests and logs are detailed but overwhelming and in need of a debugging tool. Licensing: The cost of licensing and hardware for small organizations is high. Deployment Automation: CI/CD is possible but still needs manual intervention for scripts.
(Recent experience) I wish proxying sftp allowed passthrough without examining credentials or needing private key.
