The focus the product has it's awesome, it's what I like the most
This binds all the marketing channels into a single line. It provides a single login to all the applications which are pretty convenient somehow. Here they have created the virtual group concept.
It comes with an internal guide that will help you with the product and learning how to use even tough it's not difficult to understand it, it happens to be a great support
Nothing at all
There is a lot of cons I have experienced. The reporting structure is very slow. Lots of lag. UI is also very slow. They need to improve a lot.
