Dealing with Mitel's actual operations or our acct manager is pleasant, but dealing with the customer service can be frustrating at times. They are impersonal and its difficult to get an issue handled within a short amount of time.

There was a time in our organization when developer and tester used a central system along with their own. They install, setup and work on the application on their individual as well as the central system which till some extent work fine but as we grew and application increased we all were putting out a lot of effort on the above tasks which is very time consuming and hectic. MiCloud a center for all our business applications.
Our organization develops and give support for many different applications to our client and earlier we used to install and run every sub-application or our own local systems which creates many problems for compatibilities because one use complain that one particular application doesn't run on his mobile and we debug on our local system and mobile which works, and other dev found it working on his mobile. And problems like this creates a much embarrassment. Nice platform and solution but rebooting is required on time to time
We have started using it last year and found it quite convenient. There is no need to keep every service and setup on local which we were doing earlier. But now as all these things can be moved to mitel cloud and can be accessible from anywhere any time.
