Typeform Likes & Dislikes
Typeform offers a wide array of customization and logic options, but they're all packaged into a modern and delightful UI/UX. It's incredibly powerful but easy to use. There's a much smaller learning curve compared to other platforms.
Workflow options like using variables via the url helps us save time.
The ease of use and integration with Contentful. The ability to host and store data under EU data regulations. The ability to integrate with such a wide variety of platforms example sales force, custom API or even share point and excel. to submit the form results and automatic cleaning
I tried using the AI form generator tool, and I love the idea of what it could be. However, my results so far have been mixed. I'm sure it'll continue to improve, but I'm sticking to manual form creation for now.
There isn't alot of flexibility in terms of design. e.g. The fact that we have extremely limited options to do multiple questions in one slide/screen.
Maybe the on boarding process took much longer than expected and not having as many options to customize some of the functionality.
