The technical support has been great. Responsive, and has always resolved our issues. In one case I worked with them thru multiple escalations and setting up packet captures in their network to prove to our VoIP provider that it was an issue in their system and not US Signals or our local equipment. Truly above and beyond support I've never received anywhere else. They worked with me 24 hours all night long. I've had lots of good experiences like this over the 10 years we've used them.
We have enjoyed the 20 years of partnership with US Signal because they were a local company and had a great local team of representatives.
Reliability, Excellent technical support, and reasonably priced.
Price would be about my only complaint.
Pricing is not consistent with the level of service.
The managed routers take 20 minutes to boot if there is a reason where we have an extended power outage or reason to reboot the router. I honestly can't think of anything else that I dislike.

We have been a customer of US Signal for over 20 years in two datacenters. We received notice six months ago that power costs were increasing 15% due to local utilities. We started reviewing our account and working with our account team to renew our contract for another 3 years and the power & cabinet costs jumped 35% again.
