Huge selection of voices. Quality of voices. Ease of making updates to scripts and small pieces, as our scripts can undergo multiple rounds of changes after stakeholders finally hear what they wrote.
I appreciate having so many voices to choose from. The avatars sound natural for the most part, and the ease of use is fantastic.

Does still take a long time to narrate a script, however the script upload feature will be helpful. Sometimes a word or phrase has a random emphasis on it, requiring several more takes to get it right.
I wish there were easier ways to adjust pronunciation or at least more options for pronunciation. Currently, for some words that need to have pronunciation added, I have go through several iterations of letter configurations to get the just right pronunciation, but even then, the word may not sound natural.
Sometimes it has been difficult to get the pronunciation consistently right for certain words. But not now, based on what I've seen.
