The ease in which my existing network engineering team was able to stand up the Celona edge, register it, deploy the ap was mind-blowing. Celona knows their target market and has delivered.
- the fact they deliver on key features and value points for private 5G (eg 5G GBR QoS aka microslicing, industrial network segmentation etc.) - the fact that Celona makes private 5G easy to deloy (similar to Wi-Fi) which helps with adoption in an enterprise environment.
- Ease of deployment - Low TCO - Simplified Management
Celona can improve their Orchestrator UX to include deployment heatmaps, where on the heatmap the UE's are located for tracking, signal degradation and continue to tweak their Orchestrator UX overall. It's great, but it could be better.
While Celona is the best enterprise private 5G solution out there, there is still room for improvement in the overall private 5G market to make private 5G mainstream within enterprises.
- Need to purchase Celona's radios through a 3rd party reseller - Online documentation is slow to be updated - Need to purchase Celona's approved antennas vs. sourcing them ourselves

Celona is the only true Enterprise Private 5G network option on the market
We were looking for a private 5G network provider that did the following: - provided actual 5G SA - full private network - integrated well into our other enterprise networks (for visibility, management, security, control etc reasons) - Had products to be used to deploy on any of our sites worldwide - could be managed by the enterprise with limited 3GPP knowledge - provided key features for reliable wireless connections to enable wireless, flexible manufacturing. Based on that Celona was the clear winner compared to other network providers or any telco based offering. In my eyes, all the other solutions did either not have all features we asked for (see above), created a lock-in, delivered a black-box solution the enterprise could not touch paired with an expensive managed service from a telco, or had a complex solution to deploy & manage as they just scaled down a telco setup into an enterprise solution. We've been using Celona's CBRS solution, leveraging their CBRS hardware and management software, and have found the experience to be largely positive. One of the standout features is the ease of deployment - the system is intuitive, reducing the complexity often associated with implementing private LTE solutions.
