Single-pane-of-glass view: I can view and restore my items in a single portal, and get an automated report every day at midnight on successes and failures. The initial configuration and setup is very straightforward and then all onboarding is completed via the product itself. The system takes 3 backup points during the working day and consolidates them at the end.

It's located within a separate portal to the other Datto products, all my other products are in Kaseya One, whereas this is in another portal. Occasionally the product can be throttled by Microsoft accessing the M365 environment which can cause inconsistency in the product and like other SaaS products it's at the mercy of Microsoft and platform changes.
The product can be changed, resulting in a detrimental service and there is no recourse The support is very disorganised The product can fail at any time and it is difficult to understand why
Slow and sometimes unavailable, have to wait. This is not ideal in a critical situation when we need to restore files ASAP as this could cause customer dis-satisfaction
