The price may be a bit high for smaller companies or freelancers as it has more of a premium approach. But, in general, there is nothing I don't like about it.
The planning and delays that occured due to some of the unforeseen blockers, but eventually the quality was worth it.
They rely heavily on remote meetings, having in person meetings and discussions is always more productive. Teams are distributed over a wide international footprint makes it harder. lack of experience in certain verticals requires training sessions into the client's operations.
