“Platform Updates Cause Disruptions and Delayed Resolution of Integration Issues and challenges in the IDMC licensing approach”
Support is poor, we have faced issues in the platform due to updates not being validated or major releases affecting current functionality. As we are talking about an integration platform, when we have issues with connectors the interaction with other vendors delays the resolution of issues. Another factor is the migration to IDMC licensing approach, as we are in an older contract the change to IDMC will cost us double or triple of what we are paying today. The platform is good in terms of functionality, but the current licensing approach is very expensive.
