My favorite part of the service is how easy it is to manage. We have almost 200 devices on ThreatDown and I am consistently adding and removing licenses and applying different policies to different devices. The search function helps immensely. I rarely ever have to reach out to support. Also, ThreatDown saved our servers from a cyber attack a few years ago!

Sometimes the web interface does not accurately reflect the actual status of the connected endpoints. Also, it can be difficult to get a response from the technical support or sales people.

Streamlined Experience using ThreatDown with Minimal Issues
I feel that ThreatDown is one of the best enterprise antivirus services. The installation is easy (either an .msi or a weblink) and their portal is easy to use. They are also always making modifications to their portal to make it more helpful. The one thing that can be annoying about ThreatDown is that if you don't add a specific piece of software to a policy, then it may flag it and not allow the download, but that rarely ever happens. This is something to keep an eye on for especially when you are trying to add an additional security app to your device.
