The SIEM and search features are very nice and functional. The case management interface is well-designed.
What I like most about ArcSight ESM is its powerful correlation engine and ability to process large volumes of security data in real time, enabling fast and accurate threat detection.
Integration time is pretty long and the user interfaces adoption takes time and effort. Additionally the threat hunting piece is very technical and needs skilled resources
Support is poor and the on-premise structure is complex and unstable.
The interface can be complex, which can make the learning curve steep for new users. Overall, I like ArcSight.
