Clear Dashboards, Straightforward Reporting Good Balance of Features vs Cost
I like the fact that I can monitor large and small environments from a single machine. Scalability is great and the implementation of the tool is pretty simple and straight forward.
Not much to dislike, but if anything, the automated responsive actions capability does have some issues/concerns with larger scale implementations in the enterprise. Support does help and assist with issues, which has helped our organization tremendously.
The system feels outdated in some areas and can be cumbersome for certain tasks. Improved reporting templates would be helpful and there arent enough third-party integrations.
Some of the available modules are not as intuitive as expressed by SW. Some of these modules have a much steeper learning curve and take longer to figure out...with our training.
