Bloomberg Vault, is helpings us to manage our client relations which is a backbone of our business. Through Bloomberg Client analysis and prospecting feature we are capable to view our trade history and the whole track of the conversation that was carried with our clients; we have full record of their portfolios holdings. Bloomberg is integrated with OMS and we have also integrated it with our CRM, that has helped us to manage our customer relations. One of the important things is that it is providing us news feeds which keep us up to date about the market condition.
There are a lot of things to be liked about it for the organized data as it gives a huge amount of information. Being able to easily monitor all electronic communication is very useful and being able to access the achieved emails is another thing that I love about it. Also, it supports TLC encryption so that is helpful too.
Data analytics and customer support are the best according to me.
It is difficult to get started a steep learning curve is required; more over we faced some issue in its installation and configuration. Also when we compare it other similar tools, we found it high in pricing. In terms of reporting initially, it was working very well but with time the report processing becomes a bit slow.
It is not the easiest software to use so you will need training and requires time to get used to it.
At first, it's difficult to use but with time we can manage also it has many limits in usage
