Most of the issues I had with the platform in the early days have been addressed, so there is nothing I can complain about today.
1. Some advanced features and custom configurations are not well explained in the official documentation, which required us external support to resolve 2. For remote construction sites with unstable networks, the heavy reliance on cloud infrastructure can be problematic. 3. Although analytics is strong suit, generating highly customised report for specific project needs is less straightforward
