Absolutely nothing. We are continuing to work with them for daily administration.
Sometimes there can be a short delay in receiving support for older products, but this is expected since there are not many individuals left to support those products in general. Our most important systems continue to receive the support we need in a timely manner. At first, we were very reliant on this vendor for even the smallest of changes, but they helped us with internal training and we're able to be much more self-reliant. This pales in comparison to some of our larger vendors who overcomplicate designs, thus causing much more difficult ongoing internal support.
They may not be able to be on-site without additional cost. Cost negotiation. Time for implementation.
