An interface that aggregates all logs from all products, services & reliable 3rd party integrations. NPL query support for data search. Interface is easy to navigate & has an impressive GUI to get users excited in get-go & appeal to them to use it more often. For us XSIAM deal came with unlimited log storage which gave me option to decomm an external log/storage & save cost.

There is a relative complicated-ness to the platform that feels unnecessary. There is too many ways to go after tuning, alert creation and automation creation that makes it hard find to start and end when looking to better the product.

All-In-One Data Lake Improves SIEM Functionality Yet Faces Onboarding Challenges
I appreciate the fact that Palo Alto Networks released XSIAM as it was very much required that all logs irrespective of any application, infrastructure, entity should come in one single data lake & get orchestrated for event management & analysis. Until now it was working in silos with standard SIEM products which were not capable of true inter-relation & stitching of logs.
