It's relatively problem-free once set up, rarely have any major errors that prevent work or impact functionality.

The administration console could be more user friendly and the solution could provide more ways to send alerts to the technical team.
Certain minor things about the UI, like when upon returning to an engine to investigate a new infection report, the last infection report comes up by default instead of the new one. This has cost me time.
