- Easy to set-up and very user-friendly. - FIM (File Integrity Monitoring) module on the Domain Controller is particularly useful and helpful. - Preconfigured templates are available for certain products and can be used out of the box, reducing the time spent on research and complex configuration steps. - Cost effective and suitable for any environment
Again, as I said before ME Support is really good. I open ticket several times a month for other products we use from them and are happy with the ones we do keep renewing. Unfortunately, not all ManageEngine products are great or worth it, in our environment. We went through a phase were we had almost the full Software Suite but realized some of them will be cut during the next renewal.
I like the product because the features available in it are very impressive such as centralized log collection, Instant Alerts, Easy visible dashboards, Compliance reports that's why I like the product.
- The dashboards could be improved - We have experienced some issues with alerts as some alerts were not delivered to certain teams according to the configured setup - Occasional issues with data integration and reporting
It's usefulness overall in our environment. Lots of graphs and charts but you'll be sifting through everything to just find someone remotely useful. Integration is hit or miss. You'll come back days later and find out that one something isn't syncing or reporting to it. This product may be helpful to someone else, but it wasn't the right fit for our needs. For that reason, I'll give it 3 stars.
When handling very high log volumes, performance may slow down to the point that one dislikes it. Otherwise, everything is very nice.
