Provides a wide catalog of integrations with third parties and other vendors that allow you to orchestrate many vendor data logs with a central management console. Creating parsers is very simple and you can design it from scratch.
Sales team did a great job in marketing the product. The proof of concept testing also went well.
I like the Behavior-based detection in Exabeam, where it identifies anomalies with scores that traditional rule-based solutions miss... The Strong Threat timeline view helps us speed up our soc investigations. Wide integration support available... And their Support Team...Their experts understand the platform in depth and provide timely resolution
Sometimes it gets a little confusing in terms of choosing which API Connector from the vendors to select because the descriptions are not always clear in terms of what type of data or logs will be ingested. What type of scope should be selected.
Lack of support after the sale. Even with the integration services purchased through Exabeam. Product did not operate as advertised or as compared in the POC that we conducted. There are other SIEM products in this market space I would strongly recommend.
The user interface could be more intuitive especially for our deep-dive investigation (Navigation of the Theart/AA timeline lags sometime). For some for the well know sources, parsers are not availabel. Qualys ingestion with XML format require multiple data manipulation
