Partnership with the Highway 9 staff. Products were easy to order, acquire, and setup. Great monitoring tools are included. Great value for the cost of entry. Flexible structure to add services as needed in the future.
1. Cloud management: I can do this easily without having to VPN into my company's network 2. Enterprise features: legacy carriers lack many of the networking features from today's enterprise switching 3. Reliability: It just works, I haven't needed to RMA any units
I truly appreciate the vision and perspective that the Highway9 team brings to cellular networking. They are unique in bringing a software perspective to the cellular ecosystem. In a market that has been driven for far too long by hardware focused approaches, the Highway9 team brings a fresh and revolutionary perspective to this cellular ecosystem.
Not a lot of dislikes. To get really picky: The subscription model could be setup more like traditional annual licensing. Contracts could be better aligned to industry standards. Lastly, capability to run ATT, Verizon, and Tmobile on their devices - which they're already working on.
