What I like most is the actionable nature of the assessment. It does more than surface technical weaknesses; it prioritizes exposures by exploitability, threat actor activity, and business impact. This makes it easier to justify decisions and allocate resources toward the areas of highest risk, rather than spreading effort thin across less critical issues.
I like the Asset context mapping, actionable remediation guidance, and threat intelligence integration. The platform also has a feature called Qzen queries so that we can create our own customized reports with various queries.
The HivePro Uni5 platform is as close to a single pane of glass as any product I've seen for managing vulnerability and threat.
The biggest limitation is that the assessment could benefit from deeper integration into day-to-day operational tools. For ex, typing results directly into ticketing systems or EDR/XDR platforms would streamline the handoff from exposure identification to remediation. While the insights are strong, building those integrations would reduce manual work in connecting the dots.
The solution provides too much data, so it takes time to familiarize with the dashboard which required training from the team.
There needs to be more documentation and training for our analysts. The HivePro platform has so many capabilities, but it's also still so new that some additional documentation and training materials are needed.
