Pros: Impartner has a seamless, easy to use platform that is accessible by both novices and techies alike. The workflows are straightforward, integrations are surprisingly quick and the UX is solid for both the internal team and partners. Cons: Impartner is growing quickly. Easy to implement, massive business value
Lead Distribution is a very straightforward module licensed by IMPartner unlocking a great business benefit. They enable Sales to share leads from SFDC to Partners via their Partner Portal space. Despite some customization due to our SFDC setup, the IMPartner team was able to deliver a the product on our STAGING environment in a matter of days, with very little left to be done. Their ability to support rapid time-to-market is second to none. Our IT team only had to be involved to help us manage some testing. The heavy lifting was done in the cloud via IMPartner's module.
