The customization allows users to change certain keys to their preferred ones, making sketches and modelling of designs to be done quicker. I've used iMates on most of my designs for ease of constraints.
The interface is friendly and visually appealing, the design tools are as good as any other classic CAD software and the integration with autodesk enviroment.
Built-in simulation tools always help the end user to use it easily.
If the assembly file is too big, it will take a very long time to load or it will crash because you may have other files opened. At times, I find myself with a model that hasn't been updated even if the parameters have changed and pressed rebuild all. I would have to change the parameters again in order for them to be refreshed.
The advanced surface tools are limited, the software is not used globally and the support community is small.
Cost its very expensive.
