It does improve the patch environment compared to what we use to have.
Patch management, software distribution, remote control, inventory management, configuration management, reporting and analytics.
Sometimes Patches fail due to several codes which can manually install the Updates
The consultant was not very straight forward and knowledgeable. We needed more guidance and did receive that after asking for another consultant. The product is easy to use though, but once it was setup.
Ivanti Endpoint Manager is a more complex to implement and manage, resource intensive, more costly, Support issues, and challenges in integration.

Difficult Implementation, Easy tool to use post Go-Live
Overall, EPM is easy to use and added functionality to our environment BUT the vendor was not the best partner. We found the consultant who helped us setup EPM at first was not very knowledgeable on the other products and was not very forthcoming. We also had to deploy an agent which was the legacy agent and not the newer agent which auto-upgrades. We then had to go back and re-deploy the newer agent after self discovery. There were also some issues with patches being released without us setting them up. - SENIOR LEAD TECHNICAL50M-1B USDIT ServicesReview Source
one single solution manage the endpoint machi
The complete deployment of Ivanti Endpoint Manager easy and fulfilled all the requirement of patch management, tracking the assets. configurations and granular setting for windows and mac are good. - System Engineer10B+ USDServices (non-Government)Review Source
Good but dated tool to manage a Windows fleet
It is a good product overall, that has its strengths like the pretty fast deployment of patches and software installations to Windows devices. However when diving deeper you notice that the software often changed owners and shifts in development targets. For example there are several API that are very different in technology and features. It seems like many features were developed but not finished.
