Quote Manager lets me quickly and easily generate professional looking quotes and send them to my clients. It allows me to see the status (sent, viewed, accepted) and lets me have an audit trail for approvals. It shows me the status in a web portal and emails me updates when the quote is viewed and approved.
It allows easy integrations with other Kaseya solutions, letting you manage everything in one single portal with enchanced security authentication
Poor integration - really need to use all of the product suites for full integration Flexibility w/ Quoting Tools - allow for easier changes to existing quoting templates to simplify project outcomes Limited email functionality - could benefit from allowing email customization
Editing the pricing, cost, shipping and sales tax is less user friendly. A line-item check-box to define a product or service as taxable or non-taxable would be nice.
Its customization may feel limited and require some time to set properly quotes
