Best thing is that it does not send you unnecessary alerts. It only send alerts regarding critical issues which makes it easy to troubleshoot and solve the problem. It has helped my team automate a lot of manual processes.

- Dashboard can be further customized and enhanced. - Should include some learning for first time users with complex usecases. - Should also include API Gateway capabilities to cover all aspects of API Security.
The initial set up is a bit time taking. It can be little more intuitive in its UI. It took a lot of time for my team to learn this and deploy it.
