I like that LiveAgent centralizes a wide array of communication channels such as phone, email and live chat in one place to enhance customer service. LiveAgent allocates a built-in ticketing system which includes features such as merging, SLA and tagging which manage and prioritize customer inquiries.
LiveAgent supports multiple communication channels such as email, phone calls and live chat which help manage customer communications in one place. With LiveAgent, I am able to track and manage customer queries that help resolve issues as they arise.
I have not come across any challenges when using LiveAgent to enhance customer support in my organization.
LiveAgent has all the features that help boost customer support - I do not face issues even when there is a new feature introduced since the vendor offers free support and e-books.
Even though LiveAgent does not offer comprehensive CRM tools, my organization accomplishes its needs with those limited CRM tools even without integrating with external apps.
