LiveAgent allocates a built-in ticketing system which includes features such as merging, SLA and tagging which manage and prioritize customer inquiries.

LiveAgent supports multiple communication channels such as email, phone calls and live chat which help manage customer communications in one place. With LiveAgent, I am able to track and manage customer queries that help resolve issues as they arise.

I have not come across any challenges when using LiveAgent to enhance customer support in my organization.

    We have been using LiveAgent for 4 years now and i cannot fault it. We use it as an email ticketing system, live chat on our website for customer support and also route all our phone calls through it. Its provides a full service customer support center.
