the solution is easy to deploy and configure, with strong support services and responsive assistance from the vendor's support team
Logpoint predefined alert use cases come in handy during threat detection, also its efficient search capabilities with flexible query and strong dashboards
The dashboard gives a clear overview of what's happening across our systems. The alerting system is responsive and helps me react quickly to issues. Also, the search and filtering tool make it simple to sig into logs without getting lost
The solution has limitations in terms of log source coverage and does not fully support the integration and analysis of all systems generating logs
Troubleshooting complex parsing issues can be time consuming for new users, Incident assigning could be more flexible like alert based assignment would be more practical instead of rule based assignment, overall product is good
Some features are a little hidden, and it took time to figure out where everything was. The interface can be slow when searching large logs. Also, the documentation isn't always detailed enough for troubleshooting on my own
