What's worked exceptionally well is the index-free, real-time analytics model and its seamless integration with the CrowdStrike platform-allowing detections from EDR, identity and cloud telemetry to correlate instantly under one interface. The automated correlation and visual investigation graphs ahve drastically reduced incident triage time and alert fatigue. On the other hand, custom log parsing for less common data requires manual tuning and UI performance can lag under very high query loads. Pricing and storage tiers are on the premium side for heavy log retention.
