- Good partnership, pragmatic, utility specific knowledge (Belgian Market) - Very stable and reliable
Product flexibility and stability is very good. To operate this product you need good functional and technical skills on site. Support from the vendor is too general, the best technical people are not in support. Furthermore the end users like to work with the microsoft look and feel. Also the integration with office products helps in this case.
The core functionalities offered, the training programs offered (for a fee)
- High rate for development (but is also advantage since high quality) - Highly batch oriënted (can also be an advantage since high performance)
Monitoring out of the box and audit and tracebility is very basic for metering and billing purposes. For auditability and tracebility you need separate tooling.
Not easy to get the right SI to work with, and their own professional services comes with a steep price tag
