The application to review the findings is easy to use resulting in good collaboration. The pentester's skills were good and we were happy with the quality of the findings. The Account Executive was respectful of using email for communication, not phone calls.
Communication from the account team, however their pen test engineer communication lacked.
The platform they have is valuable. My team is not using it to its fullest potential, but the platform itself is impressive. They are open to making tweaks and submitting my ideas and requests.
The criticality assessment of the findings is good but always debatable. Mostly US based team, so timezone difference could be a challenge for an EU based team.
NetSPI Resolve website. The findings were difficult to find.
I have not experienced any issues w/ the product to date.
