The user interface is very easy to use, and the customer support is friendly and cool
I like that it monitors and gives me an analysis. Sometimes the human eye has a better chance catching outliers than a computer solution.

Application takes forever to load and is difficult to use and wait too long but its not problem cause i need the application.
The only time I had any contact with the company was when they tried to sell me something or get me to upgrade services. Almost impossible to get anyone to help you otherwise.
A lot of data to go through. Takes awhile to tune the application.

Ease of use but setup difficult
