For me it's the performance of the product and it's features in contributing to a resilient network infrastructure in our organization.
1) Ease of Use 2) Available Documentation 3) Vendor Support
I like that this integrates with the existing NSX deployment and can be managed through vcenter.
First, is the setup of the product, it is not for the newbie. Second, proper documentation for resource allocation and management of the product. Last is the cost, it's just too high for the small company.
1) Lack of proper Sizing tool 2) Limited Options to scale vertically/horizontally 3) Complex changes from NSX-V to NSX-T to NSX-T-Advanced
I dislike the limited feature set for layer 7 load balancing and advanced controls.
